Athletic Performance Coach with The Competitive Edge. Dan is a World Class Track
and Field athlete and a 5 time NCAA All-American. He also competed in the 2000
US Olympic trials in the Hammer. Dan currently trains for and competes in the
Highland Games and is ranked #3 among Americans in the US.
Dan is an expert in Olympic style lifts and is extremely knowledgeable in the area of
the metabolic demands of exercise and sport and how to train to maximize power
and performance.
Dan is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Human Performance at
Southern Connecticut State University. Dan is an extremely motivated individual
who brings practical and clinical expertise to athletes training at The Competitive
Edge.
